📄 Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay. By completing your reservation, you confirm that:
• You accept our rental terms and conditions
• You agree to submit a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in
• You acknowledge that a background check may be required by the property
• You understand that check-in instructions will only be provided after verification is complete
Note: While rare, repeated policy violations may result in local law enforcement involvement. In such cases, guests will be responsible for all related expenses.
🐾 PET POLICY (for pet-friendly units)
Pets are allowed in select units depending on size, breed, and whether they are service animals. Advance notice is required to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
Pet Fee: $20/night per pet
Allowed pets: Dogs and cats only (maximum 2)
Breed Restrictions:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.
🔇 Noise & Security
• Our units are equipped with noise monitoring devices to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio or conversations). Tampering with these devices will result in a fee.
• Security cameras are installed in building common areas and hallways for your safety.
📌 House Rules & Important Information
We kindly ask that you review the following guidelines carefully. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Any noise complaints or violations may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.
🚫 No Parties or Gatherings
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
• Noise detectors are installed inside the unit (they do not record audio).
• Security cameras are installed outside the unit entrance.
If a party is detected, police will be contacted, and all guests will be removed immediately without a refund.
Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per person.
🚭 No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on or around the building premises.
If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be applied—no exceptions.
🅿️ Parking
Guests must print and display the provided parking pass.
We are not responsible for any tickets or violations resulting from failure to follow the parking instructions outlined in the check-in guide.
🐶 Pet Policy (For Pet-Friendly Units)
Pets are allowed only in approved pet-friendly units, and must be disclosed prior to check-in.
• Additional nightly fee applies
• A $500 fine will be charged for undisclosed pets
• Only dogs and cats are permitted; service animals are always welcome
• Breed and size restrictions may apply
💰 Fees & Penalties
• Extra Cleaning: May be charged if the unit is left excessively dirty
• Lost or Unreturned Keys: $500 replacement fee
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: May be available at $25/hour (requires 24-hour notice)
• Unauthorized Late Check-Out: $500 penalty—strictly enforced
🔐 Key Access
If a lockbox is provided, please ensure it remains locked at all times.
Some units feature auto-locking doors—always keep your keys with you to avoid lockouts.
🐜 Pest Control
We conduct regular pest control services, but due to seasonal factors (especially summer heat), occasional sightings of small insects such as ants may occur. This is normal, and any concerns will be addressed promptly.
