✔ RENTAL AGREEMENT & TERMS
All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement before check-in. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You accept our rental terms and conditions
• You will provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in
• You may be subject to a background check if required by building management
• Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed
Important: If there are repeated violations of our terms, we reserve the right to involve local authorities. Any costs related to early termination or removal will be the responsibility of the guest.
🐾 PET POLICY
Pets are welcome in select units with prior approval and under the following conditions:
✔ $20/night cleaning fee per pet
✔ No weight limit, but breed restrictions apply (see below)
✔ 2 pets maximum (cats and dogs only)
✔ Must disclose pets before arrival — unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee
Restricted Breeds:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
🔇 NOISE MONITORING & SECURITY
✔ Noise monitors are installed inside the unit — these do not record audio, but track decibel levels to help maintain a peaceful environment. Tampering will incur a fee.
✔ Security cameras are installed in hallways and common areas for your safety and building security.

🕙 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Any violations, including noise complaints, may result in immediate cancellation of your stay and removal from the property without a refund.
🚫 Strict No-Party Policy
Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
✔ Noise detectors are installed inside the unit (non-recording)
✔ Security cameras are located above entryways
✔ Police will be contacted if a party is detected
✔ All guests will be evicted without refund
✔ Unauthorized guests will result in a $100 fine per person
🚭 No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on the property.
✔ $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found
✔ No exceptions
🚗 Parking Policy
A printed parking pass is required. We are not responsible for any violations or citations due to improper parking or failure to follow the guidelines provided in the check-in instructions.

Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly units only with prior approval.

💵 Additional Fees
Excessive cleaning due to misuse: Additional cleaning fees may apply
Lost or unreturned keys: $500 replacement fee
Unauthorized late checkout: $500 late checkout fee (no exceptions)
Early check-in/late checkout (when available): $25 per hour — must request at least 24 hours in advance
🔐 Keys & Lockboxes
If a lockbox is provided, it must remain locked at all times. Some units have auto-locking doors — please keep your keys with you to avoid lockouts.
🐜 Pest Control Notice
Regular pest control services are conducted for your comfort. However, due to weather and seasonal changes (especially summer heat), occasional sightings of small insects like ants may occur. This is normal for the region and will be addressed promptly if needed.
