♦ $100 fee per unauthorized guest if discovered.
🚭 No Smoking
♦ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the property.
♦ Evidence of smoking will incur a $500 fine, with no exceptions.
🚗 Parking
♦ Please follow the parking instructions provided in your check-in guide.
♦ We are not responsible for any parking citations due to guest negligence.
🐾 Pets
♦ Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
♦ Service animals are always welcome as per the law.
♦ Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine.
💰 Fees

♦ Lost or unreturned keys:
$80 for key replacement
