📄 Rental Agreement & Check-In Requirements
All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement upon booking. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You accept our rental terms and conditions
• A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card are required before check-in
• A background check may be required in accordance with property rules
• Check-in details will only be released after verification is successfully completed
We do not anticipate issues, but repeated violations may result in removal, and any related costs will be the guest’s responsibility. We appreciate your respect for our community and policies.
🐾 Pet Policy (If Applicable to the Unit)
Pets are allowed in select units with prior approval and under the following conditions:
• Pet Fee: $20/night per pet
• Maximum: 2 pets (dogs and cats only)
• Breed Restrictions:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf hybrids
Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty.
🔈 Security & Noise Monitoring
To ensure a respectful and secure environment:
• Noise monitoring devices are installed to measure decibel levels (they do not record audio). Tampering with these devices will result in a fine.
• Security cameras are located in building common areas and hallways for safety purposes.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions.
Parking
The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
Pets
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions.
Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
Lost or unreturned keys: $500
Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check in/check out at a fee of $35/2 hours. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, NO exceptions.
Keys
If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you.
Please be aware that we conduct regular pest control at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
