Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in designated units under the following conditions:
✔ Notify us in advance with details about your pet
✔ Cleaning fees (per pet):
1-7 nights: $25/night
8-29 nights: $200 total
30+ nights: $300 total
✔ Pet Restrictions: 2 pets maximum, no weight limit, but certain breeds are not allowed (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers)
✔ Unapproved pets: $500 fee
We have noise monitors (measuring decibel levels only) and security cameras in hallways for safety. Tampering with the monitors incurs a fee.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions.
Parking
The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
Pets
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions.
Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
Lost or unreturned keys: $500
Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check in/check out at a fee of $35 for up to 2 hours. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, NO exceptions.
Keys
If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you.
Please be aware that we conduct regular pest control at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
