To comply with legal and building security policies, you may be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card matching your ID, complete our verification portal, and, in some cases, undergo a criminal background check.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You agree to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
You understand you will need to provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
You may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management or building, in accordance with your rental agreement.
Your check-in instructions may be delayed until verification is successfully completed through our portal.
In the event of repeated violations, local law enforcement may be involved to ensure compliance with our policies. If a guest needs to be removed from the property, all associated costs will be the guest’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and maintaining a positive environment.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid reservation cancellation, please inform us in advance and be truthful about bringing a pet. A non-refundable cleaning fee will apply for each pet:
1-7 Nights: $25 per night
8-29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300
We do not have a weight limit, but certain breeds are restricted: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.
There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are permitted. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be charged.
Noise Monitors:
We have installed noise monitors in our units to track decibel levels. These do not record conversations but measure overall noise. Tampering with the device will result in a fee.
Security:
Security cameras are in place in the hallways for your safety and the safety of other residents.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions.
Parking
We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
Pets
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions.
Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
Lost or unreturned keys: $500
Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check in/check out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, NO exceptions.
Keys
If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you.
